We just pack up the van sometimes and go whatever direction we’re pointed in. There will always be some dreamy landscape to discover; and often some out-of-the-way café as well. But never fear, this trusty steed has a small kitchen and it’s easy to turn out great meals in case we find ourselves in the middle of nowhere, which is more often the case.
